Shipping and Ordering Polices

At this time we only ship inside the continental U.S.
Shipping costs are as follows:

All payments for online orders must be made through our safe and secure PayPal shopping cart.

Personal checks will be accepted from local Georgia residents picking up their products directly from ULuckyDogU. Georgia residents must add 6% sales tax to purchases. A returned check fee of $30.00 will be charged for all returned checks.

All gifts will be shipped out UPS ground or USPS with a tracking number that will be e-mailed to you. All orders will be sent out within 1-2 days of receipt of order, if the item is in stock.

ULuckyDogU attempts to keep all gifts in stock at all times. However, should we be in the process of restocking a gift it may take up to 14 days before it is shipped.

Prices are subject to change. If we are currently out of an item that comprises a portion of a basket or gift we will substitute with another item of equal value.

OUR PROMISE TO YOU:

ULuckyDogU guarantees your total satisfaction with your purchase. If you are not satisfied, return your purchase within 10 days for a full refund, less initial shipping costs. The purchased item must be returned to ULuckyDogU in its original condition with all original items intact.
